Clothing accepted only on Wednesdays from 10am-5pm. 401 S. Washington Street in South Lyon. East side of building,
Four bags of clothing per visit.
We accept men's women's, children's clothing, shoes and NEW underwear.
(We do not accept suits, formal clothing or crocheted/knitted items).
Sheet sets (new or gently used)
Towels (new or gently used)
Please note, we can not lift heavy bags, so if it is too heavy for you, it is too heavy for our volunteers. We can not accept furniture, mattresses, toys, or appliances. We need new in the package underwear for all ages. Items can be delivered at the east side of our warehouse located at 401 S. Washington Street in South Lyon. Drop off times are on Wednesday only from 10am to 3pm. Items other than clothing, please call Purple Heart at 734-728-4560 or Church of Christ at 810-229-7051. ITEMS LEFT OUTSIDE AFTER HOURS WILL BE DISCARDED.

FOOD
Please contact us before you begin a food drive. Our number is 248-437-9790. We will provide you with important information and guidelines to make your food drive successful. We get donations from retailers, wholesalers and the food industry as well as from community members. We contract with Food Gatherers and Forgotten Harvest for additional items. Contact us if you have food to donate. These contributions are vital to the success of our mission. Food donations are accepted from 10am-4:30pm Wednesday and Thursday. ITEMS LEFT OUTSIDE AFTER HOURS WILL BE DISCARDED.

Donate to the Birthday Bundle because birthday's matter too!
We accept only new and unopened toys and supplies. Please no bulk packages, as we want to custom select quantity for each child's family size.
- Donate a new toy
- Donate a gift card for a teen to fast food restaurants, clothing stores, local gift shops, nail salons, Best Buy, etc. Avoid gift cards that can be used at stores that sell alcohol. Please do not exceed $25.
- Donate a bakery gift card
- Donate birthday wrapping paper, ribbons and bows
- Donate a package of birthday plates, napkins, candles, forks or cups
- Donate a monetary gift that Active Faith staff can use to purchase gifts
We are very excited to bring birthday smiles to our sweet food pantry children.
A birthday in need deserves a birthday blessing indeed!

Monetary gifts are gratefully accepted during office hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or may be mailed to Active Faith Community Services at P.O. Box 188, South Lyon, Michigan 48178.

Shop at Wixom's Meijer Store (49900 Grand River Avenue)
During each Simply Give campaign, customers are encouraged to purchase a $10 Simply Give donation card upon checkout. Once purchased, the donation is converted into a Meijer Food-Only Gift Card and donated directly to Active Faith.
J. D. Beaver Company Scrap Yard Donations
Active Faith, working with J. D. Beaver Company, will donate the money received from your scrap metal to Active Faith Community Services. Take your scrap metal to J. D. Beaver, located at 7676 Rushton Road in Brighton, and let the person taking your scrap know that you want to donate money you would have received to be put into the Active Faith account. Together we can make a difference!
