How to Place Your Food Order



Is this your first time visiting Active Faith for food? We're here to help! On your first visit, we can provide you with a bag of emergency food.

Getting signed up for food services, clothing, auto repair, mental health support, and more is easy! Here’s how to get started:

  • You must reside in the South Lyon School District.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed
AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

Holiday Sponsor a Child Program

Winter Coat Distribution


For many families, staying warm during the winter can be a challenge, but Active Faith’s "Winter Coat Distribution" program provides much-needed relief. Through this initiative, children and adults receive coats, hats, and gloves, ensuring they are protected from the cold. This program helps ease the financial burden of purchasing winter gear, allowing families to focus on other essential needs. More than just providing warmth, it offers comfort and reassurance that the community cares. Thanks to Active Faith, many families can face the winter months with greater security and peace of mind.

Active Faith works through a case management program, offering individuals and families:

  • Clothing
  • Mental Health Referrals
  • And Remember, even if you do not fit into our financial guidelines, we are an information and referral center for food, clothing, and utility help from other agencies.
